I wanted to stop by these forums and post a HJT log so that I can be sure my computer has dodged a nasty infection. To my dismay their 'Housecall' service detected several malicious files, some of which it could not remove. I know from experience how sometimes a few malicious files can be the tip of an iceburg, and went and re-enabled my network connections and went online to Trend Micro for a free online virus scan, to be extra sure I had nipped this problem in the BADWORDAPPARENTLY. I then ran SAS and it detected a malicious cookie which it also successfully removed. Today MBAM discovered a couple of infected files that I have never seen before, and successfully removed them. I regularly scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and SUPERAntiSpyware. Please, be patient, while I analyze your logs.Hi there!
